The ambulance can be seen at the end of the movie airlifting Meredith Hunter out of the concert. This is why Mick keeps singing "I pray that it's alright" (not normally part of the song).

Listening to her book Be My Baby, read by Rosie Perez, and it’s incredibly sad how that psycho Phil specter ruined her life and how she got away from his sadistic control, but she found her way back.
